Now, we’re looking for a Fundraising Lead – Planned Giving to join our team and help us take our fundraising efforts to the next level. This role is critical to the growth and sustainability of TH’s fundraising efforts. You’ll drive bequests, legacy gifts, major donor relationships, philanthropic giving, and grant opportunities — securing significant contributions and building powerful connections. With a strong focus on data-driven strategies and best practices, you’ll help maximise donor acquisition, retention, and long-term support.
Reporting to the Fundraising Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our donor relationships, making a real impact. Working closely with the Fundraising team, you will:
- Identify, cultivate, and steward relationships with major donors, philanthropists, and bequest prospects through personalised engagement.
- Develop and deliver strategies to grow philanthropic giving.
- Monitor and analyse program performance to optimise future fundraising efforts.
- Create and share impact reports that showcase the difference our donors make.
- Organise events, tours, and exclusive updates to deepen donor engagement.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
- 3+ years' experience in fundraising leadership or management roles
- Proven track record in digital and direct mail appeals, regular giving, and mid to high-value donor stewardship
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- A fun, engaging personality and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and data-driven fundraising tools, and meticulous attention to detail.
